About Coach Casey
Casey Beck is the founder/lead trainer at Tealfitpro and has always loved fitness, growing up as a dancer and track athlete. This love for movement led her to achieve her Honours Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation as well as a Diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion.
After graduating, she worked as a movement instructor/IT specializing with autistic populations for
4 before branching into general populations. Casey has experience working with pregnant, post OP/injury and elderly populations through her Therapeutic Recreation background.
Expect HIGH energy, real results and tough love when training with Casey!
Casey is a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, CSEP & Canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer,
Can Fit Group Fitness Instructor and Zumba Gold Instructor

Proper Workout Attire
Please come to your first session 5 minutes early to sign waivers if it is your first session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be charged 100% if cancelled the day of the session, all sessions are confirmed the night before. Please try to give 24h notice when cancelling.
Cancellation fees will waved due to Covid-19, emergencies or inclimate weather
