TealFitPro was started in June 2020 to provide sustainable and REAL fitness solutions offering personal training, online and private GROUP training sessions, virtual coaching and online nutrition coaching.

About Coach Casey
Casey Beck is the founder/lead trainer at Tealfitpro and has always loved fitness, growing up as a dancer and track athlete. This love for movement led her to achieve her Honours Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation as well as a Diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion.
After graduating, she worked as a movement instructor/IT specializing with autistic populations for
before branching into general populations. Casey has experience working with pregnant, post OP/injury and elderly populations through her Therapeutic Recreation background.
Whether you are looking to rehabilitate an injury or improve your body composition, expect HIGH energy, real results and tough love when training with Casey!

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be charged 100% if cancelled the day of the session, all sessions are confirmed the night before. Please try to give 24h notice when cancelling.
Cancellation fees will waved due to emergencies or inclimate weather
